»Within the D3HUB project, we upgraded FLOWS with an AI-based module for tourism demand forecasting.«

 

As part of the D3HUB project, we improved FLOWS by adding a forecasting tool that helps predict tourism demand up to 60 days in advance. It uses historical data on arrivals and overnight stays collected by destinations.

 

To improve the accuracy of the forecasts, we also included information about holidays in key source markets and major business events, as these also influence travel demand.

FLOWS helps destinations plan more effectively, prepare in advance for peak periods, and manage tourist flows more efficiently based on data-driven forecasts. For more information, visit: www.flowsmonitor.eu.
