Arctur is contributing to the development of a 3D digital environment for the ‘La Concha Flag Regatta’ in San Sebastián, Spain — one of Europe’s most iconic maritime events. The immersive 3D platform will enhance visitor experience through real-time data integration, virtual access, and interactive storytelling — setting a new benchmark for smart, sustainable event management.

Project Background

ENACT Horizon is a Horizon Europe project developing a smart Cognitive Computing Continuum to optimize hyperdistributed, data-intensive applications using AI for real-time resource and energy management across edge and cloud. It enables platform-independent, self-optimizing deployment with dynamic graph modeling and automated integration, validated in real-world cases with international partners.
